Townhouse VI is located on the west side of La Cañada between Esperanza and Continental at PO Box 325, Green Valley 85622. All property owners are members of Green Valley Townhouse VI Homeowners Association. There are 90 comfortable and convenient townhouses built in 1976, with 22 acres of groomed Sonoran Desert and common area between our 9 streets. The HOA is age restricted to over 55; also, each property is deed restricted to membership in Green Valley Recreation.
Townhouse VI is like most Green Valley neighborhoods in that it has a Home Owners Association (HOA) with a Board of Directors and a full range of committees that govern. Townhouse VI has a long tradition of being well organized and fiscally responsible with low annual HOA dues.

What makes Townhouse VI special?
-
22 acres of common area between rows of houses, providing much privacy

-
Natural Sonoran Desert of common areas, providing ever-interesting and ever-changing scenarios of plant, animal and bird life.
-
Paths that meander through the common areas, well-walked by our members and residents of neighboring HOAs, who tell us “we love the paths and trails”.
-
Beautiful views we enjoy from some patios and paths.

-
Centrally located in Green Valley, convenient for the Continental Mall and Green Valley Village which are home to 8-9 restaurants. All are a 3-minute drive or a short bike or walk away.

-
Neighborhood Green Valley Recreation swimming pool within a few minutes walk of all our homes.

-
Proximity to several important Green Valley Recreation facilities: the auditorium, silversmithing, woodworking and lapidary workshops at the West Center; also, gyms, meeting rooms, and additional swimming pools at both the East Center and Las Compañas Center; all within a walk, bike, or drive.

-
Our HOA roads, which were completely redone in 2017. Due to the forward thinking and fiscal responsibility of the Board and Roads Committee, this was done without special assessments.

-
Last, but by no means least, the camaraderie that exists thanks to:
-
the small number of houses in our HOA
-
the many dog owners and other residents who walk the streets and paths daily, regularly stop to chat with each other
-
the many volunteers who are part of the landscaping crew every week during the cooler months, sometimes gathering afterwards for refreshments and sociability
-
the well-attended social events organized by the Social Committee
-
our HOA Annual Meeting being very well-attended
